It’s convenient for the club too. Which manager has come out after leaving a club on mutual consent grounds and gone into great detail about what went off? Sometimes they may write a book years later where they have a moan but not usually immediately afterwards. Similarly how often does a chairman go on the radio and go into detail about why the sacked a manager? I don’t remember Abramovic or anyone from Chelsea coming out after Lampard was sacked and Chelsea got some grief from their fans about sacking him. They didn’t cry on TalkSport, they just appointed a replacement who is obviously a better manager, which soon shut the fans up.
Since just before Leicester, when the rumours started, the whole thing has been handled poorly imo, by everyone concerned. It’s been a complete shitshow and we deserve better than this tinpot, small time, amateurish mud slinging. CW needs to tell his mates to STFU and PA needs to get on with running the club and concentrate on moving us in the right direction.
