Look, Chris Wilders reputation was always gonna stay intact. If he’d have replicated last season’s miraculous feat....He’d have had his pick of half the Premier league jobs. But even after this debacle of a season, the narrative would simply be that he’s taken us as far as he could.

Now this season shows where we are, a championship squad only gets you so far.

He hasn't thrown us under a bus - we were already under the bus. But he has maybe got himself out from under the bus but left the players under it.

A threadbare squad of struggling players - he was the only thing keeping them together. Look at the state of them against Leicester. But I do not believe he would do that lightly
