Simon Jordan Talk sport

So where is he now? Has he lost their phone number? Not even a statement on the website with some attributable quotes. It seems the bunker mentality has well and truly kicked in.
I’d prefer it if he didn’t go on talk sport tbh I think it’s probably wise to keep his head down personally right now given some of the stuff being thrown his way on social media which isn’t on and to say anything that needs saying through official channels

Why should he be on the phone to talksport?

Should Wilder be on there too giving an interview?

Not sure I understand your angle.

Whilst not knowing all the details of what transpired over the last few months between CW and the Board (and only very few people will do), I can't disagree with a single word Simon Jordan says there.
This is the problem, nobody has told us anything. It’s a shabby way to treat the fans.

Prince Abdullah is the current owner of Sheffield United. It's his job to front up and lead. We haven't had one word, when normally he's motormouth. Chris Wilder is a private citizen of the the United Kingdom. That was decided days ago. I'm not sure what's hard to understand there?

We have neither.

Why should we have any word, particularly via talksport?

Jordan talks shite quite a lot, but he’s got a very good point about what would happen if players question a manger, luckily we have the whole Duffy situation as a prime example which ended in him being culled when asking for more. Plenty of contradictions during the wilder era, but this happened to be the worst of them. Having said that I will miss the man who made it happen.

He really isn’t a motormouth though is he ? Never been his character.

We have neither.
I would expect something about the plan moving forward in the coming weeks. I think they’ll let the tindall, hecky, knill combo settle in for a bit first. Right now there’s probably little say other than what’s happened with wilder but the NDA’s will mean that’s not touched on again.

Because he as spoken I knew we'd get the usual comments "Well he's gonna side for the Prince isn't here over a manager" if if you listened he said Chris did a great job but you can't go dictating to the powers that be.

I predict many won't have because its Jordan but he really is bang on here and I'm a big Wilder fan.

Hmm I wonder why, as a previous owner of a football club, he would take the Prince’s side. A real mystery.

Another mystery is why people listen to this garbage.
Its entertaining mate ,horses for courses and all that .You might chill out on a night with your misses to watch coronation Street. No ones telling you its shit

Could say what the plan for the future is , Bettis only said the plan for the next couple of months

That's what I'm getting at,I hardly listen to talksport but some seem to I don't care if he's the biggest prick going if he speaks sense it's hard not to agree, which he as done right there he talked sense about something none or not many of us actually know about

I was listening to Talkshite and Radio Sheffield on Friday for any news they had on the Wilder situation
How anybody can listen to those two radio stations on a regular basis is beyond me
What do you listen to out of interest ??

They could if it was finalised but I’d imagine there’s a few different options on the table right now. Ultimately the future should be a collaborative process with whoever the new manager is. Or if we go a different direction then with the new DoF and head coach until those appointments are made I can’t see there being a solid plan.

A lot of denial on here (you know who you are). If his comments were a shot at the Kop end the ball has just passed Simmo's pen on its way to Pluto .

”Confrontational,combative and slightly disrespectful.
Hav‘nt been great because of his management and players have been poor”
I’d like to here see a reasoned argument to disprove any the above statements.

Wilder has done himself a disservice........possibly,but we’ll have to wait and see.
Dissing Jordans statements cos you don’t like him or Talksport does’nt count.
Not listening to that cancer, but can easily counter the quote with my own ill informed opinion.

Wilder is confrontational, combative and disrespectful because he's dragged this club off its arse, making it hundreds of millions. This season has gone poorly and the owner is using it as an excuse to rip up the way Wilder has done things and criticise his work in the transfer market, which I'd argue has been brilliant over the past 5 years.

Like him or loathe him Simon Jordan ,is an intellectual who tells it the way it is .And he's got some bollocks ,listen to him telling delboy chisora he doesn't think he's good enough to mix it with the big boys

Fair points just as Jim did but won't be a suprise with a load saying he's full of shit
