Anyone know if/where it will be live online?

Sheffield United's 5pm press conference, rescheduled from 10am and 1.30pm earlier today, has now been cancelled due to what #sufc describe as "circumstances beyond our control." #twitterblades

Someone forgot to pay the internet bill?

No announcement from club and Wilder left Shirecliffe at 4.15. No press conference will take place snd the club say they provide updates in due course.

sounds like they haven’t agreed his departure and hopefully trying to find a resolution

I would suspect it's more likely the settlement package (for him and other backroom staff).

Isn't he or someone from the club obliged by the PL to do a pre-match conference 48 hours prior to a game?

Hoping the Prince has told Wilder that on reflection he can't afford a football club, so he's selling it to a very rich member of his family, who wants Chris to stay

Yeah, he has a contract though and the club have to agree to termination, if he has no get out clause then the club do not have to accept his resignation and could hold him to conteact, we wont find that out though!

They can do all that tomorrow or next week. It wouldn't prevent them from announcing something surely.

FFS, what if the delayed conference was to announce Wilder staying but then last minute he's stormed off cos Van Winkel gave him a funny look?

the joys of the NDA. Although, I suspect we'll hear a lot more than we should.

Hope he went into the dressing room at Shirecliffe doing windmills. The little fucking twats have let him down.

He might want more than the Prince would give him. He's under contract. Depending how much is push or jump, it could end up in legal action. They're probably trying to avoid that.
