Very true just looked and it was a 42 game season tho so not quite as bad...

This season we got our 4th win in the 27th game (v Villa), in 1975-76 we got our 2nd win in the 29th game (against Villa too)

If we could get to the last week that would be an achievement..

But when we get gilt edged chances like mcburnies free header against Liverpool and they don't nail them, then I shouldn't hope for anything..

They've all got to click... Whipping a fast cross in, we do more of that, that'd be a start.. Give the attacker something to go after... Overplaying on the edge of the box has been our downfall..

Also drive with the ball more. Didzy is the only one that does it. But Lundstram did this in the run up to the goal last night and it helped set Villa on the back foot.

Lundstram looks a very good player when he actually does this. He seems a shadow of his last season self (we’ve all got our opinion as to why)

The top division didn't start until 1992 so far as we know. Historians have pieced together what little knowledge remains of the time and suggest it was mostly an anarchic system, lacking the pyramid power structure of modern nations much akin to the Iroquois League, but that's largely based on what oral tradition remains.
