16/17 when we signed him from Matlock, played for us long enough for people to have seen him. I’m sure you’d agree.
Genuine Question from me then. Have you seen Zak play for us in anything other than U18/U23 Professional Development League or FA Youth Cup games?
Only ever in the U23’s, nothing else. Looked a good player then, and considering he seems to have continued to have a good season behind closed doors this year, I see no reason why he shouldn’t be getting a few minutes. I’d have said Frankie Maguire, who may well have gazumped him in the pecking order but I have no idea as I haven’t seen him play

Ayari is away with the Tunisia U20s at the moment. Judging by the amount of social media that the club are turning out about this they don't seem to be annoyed that he has gone with them.
Did parkhouse ever train with the Irish squad ? I know he’s gone now but he wa where under lester.
With his loan spells, Parkhouse hasn't really been around Shirecliffe. He's only made 7 starts in the last 3 seasons. (Northern Ireland to be pedantic)

My mate coached him at matlock and says hes good enough.
Is Zak the only one he's had at Matlock Town who he thinks is good enough for the Premier League? Or has he had other lads through his system who could make it?
How do we know if hes good enough if he hasn't had a chance? Other teams seem to throw a youngster in apart from us. Give me a Zak Brunt over someone who doesn't want to be at SUFC anymore..
