There were a few instances on Saturday when Micky shouted instructions to players from the touchline and the player either ignored him or shouted back at him. The worst culprit (and incidentally the worst United player on the field IMO)was Yeates.
Micky needs to show that he is in charge by enforcing his players to do as they are instructed. If they don't want to, then the consequences are that they lose the shirt.
I can understand players not liking being shouted to on the pitch, but there is a difference between shouting to players (with instructions) and shouting at players (like Blackwell often did) to publicly tell them off. My seat is close enough to the "technical area" to hear the difference and Micky does shout to players.
