Poor from Lundstram and Basham, but my god we might as well play rush keeper. How bad must our back up keepers be? He fumbles basic catches, shots go through him. We have no confidence watching him, it must be awful playing in front of him.

I agree, Brewster seems so raw and looks as if he’s still learning the game but he’s got potential.

Ramsdale still seems to lack so many basic skills for a goalkeeper that I really can’t see how he has a career at the top level.

You need to treat different people differently though. Henderson seemed to respond well to that kind of thing but a lot of players would crumble

Ego, pure and simple. Wilder drops Ramsdale, it’s an admission of fault. And we know how Wilder feels about admitting fault. Ramsdale being in the side is doing us and him absolutely no favours.

Maybe its handling different personalities.

Hendo is a massive personality, Ramsdale just looks so fucking fragile. He needs resting, as bad as I hear foderingham is, surely he can't be this bad.

Honestly, I know he's young and costed 18 million, but can we PLEASE bench him. It's for his own good honestly. Maybe he can improve during training, loan him out for half a year let him build some confidence.

But you can't seriously go into the second half of this season with a broken goalie with no confidence behind an already shaky defense.

He seems to like to position himself around the D but the problem with that is we don't really play the ball in those areas. I'm sure someone more clued up than we would be able to get a heat map up of this.

Wilder needs to swallow his pride or it cost him his job. Trying to play Ramsdale into form clearly isn't working.
