Everyone has an opinion but putting everything on a young goalkeepers back is not the way to go! ! In my opinion!!If you had to be a retired footballer to have an opinion on it, this forum wouldn’t exist.

Agree totally and I believe it applies to the management too. He's thinking too much and not letting the natural instincts all good goalkeepers have take over
Here lies the rub.Dropping him will be Wilder admitting a mistake so Wilder will never do that.
The stats are telling, both of Ramsdale and the teams defending.

When he dives he doesn’t seem to cover any ground. His legs go to one side, his arms to the other and he lands in the same position he started.
Certainly should be rested against PlymouthI think the lad needs leaving out for a while,
I'd take Button or Ryan. The latter would be a massive improvement, the former would be a modest improvement. Won't happen though.Let’s hope Bournemouth go up and still fancy him. Next season we need to get Matty Ryan in.
Well yes - but his primary targets are going well in the premier league as we speak. So our wage structure, and the way this interacts with fees, needs some review, as comparable managers landed these targets. We haven't spent badly, Wilder has. And therein lies the problem!
Couldn't fault this. How much are we paying the shower who are "in charge" of recruitment? We should start with binning and replacing them.Let’s not kid ourselves, Ramsdale isn’t good enough, he has little or no agility, no physical presence, he’s uncoordinated and is uncomfortable with the ball at his feet.
But the blame for this seasons shit fest doesn’t lie with him. It lies with the people who have researched, recommended and sanctioned his purchase. The same applies to McBurnie, Berge, Brewster and Mousett, over £100m wasted. Possibly Mousett has repaid his fee last season, but he’s not who you want at an elite football club. .
It’s our appalling recruitment that’s got us into this position. It’s quite a feat when you think about it. We’d assembled a promotion winning team, that took the Premier League by storm, for less than £10m. Then spent £100m and made that same team into the worst side in Premier League history?
What Wilders done, is basically won the lottery and then blown it all down the bookies.
Is there anything you’re not an authority on?

Better make that the england set up as well !Ramsdale is the current 21 keeper !!!Couldn't fault this. How much are we paying the shower who are "in charge" of recruitment? We should start with binning and replacing them.
Not for much longer I reckon. Scary stuff.Better make that the england set up as well !Ramsdale is the current 21 keeper !!!
To be fair if you were dating Kelly Brook, you'd need to visualise Susan Boyle to get it down again.
Her distribution is probably slightly better than AR's as well.

Agreed. And then sold to someone else maybe? With the value of hindsight Ramsdale probably should have stayed at Bournemouth for a season in the Championship for the experience.
