Wilder has been criticised in the past for his substitutions. So well done Chris for tonight taking Basham off and putting Billy on. Brilliant substitution! Edit - Brewster. Billy came on a few mins later for Burke.

I thought Jags on at the end was overly risky - could have really changed how we were playing completely.

Oh well you know what I meant!! Der!!!

We lost the impetus and the pleasing link up play of the first half, but if you have a side that's camped in with 10 men, you don't need 3 centre halvea and you won't get chance to play Burke in behind.

Well done Wilder for having the bollocks to change it and to throw two poachers on.

I think having Brewster and Didsy playing a bit deeper and running at goal with Burke running the channels would have been a shrewd move

I thought he should have left Bash and Burke on and taken off lunny and ampadu off but I was wrong. Utb

Must admit, I questioned him taking Burke off for Sharp...

That’s why he’s a successful league manager and I’m sat at home pissing about on Football Manager in my spare time.

Brewster can learn a lot from sharps play, he's young and this isn't a criticism of him, but if it was him and not sharp he gets muscled out of the challenge that ends up with the Newcastle guy cheating.

Brewster in that situation, we come away with nothing.. He needs to add that experience, like I said I'm not knocking him, he looked a threat tonight..

If you can't learn forward play from sharp, you won't learn from anybody..

Reasonably clear that Brewster is now the apprentice under Sharps sorcerers wing.
The baton will be passing soon enough. But not yet 😉.

Looked really pleased for Skip after the pen did Rhian.

We had Didzy at left back for a few mins so he just swapped him for Jags. Luckily he didn’t need to get involved.
