Hollywood A-Lister At The Lane (Anyone?)

Raquel Welch once visited someone up the road from where I used to live, which is about 9 miles from the Lane.

Does that count?

Whilst trying to tie in a date for a press photograph I have of Alan Hodgkinson, I came across this picture of Film Star Jayne Mansfield attending a match at White Hart Lane in 1959.

My question is 'have we ever had any bona-fide Hollywood A-Listers ever attend a game at BDTBL, (I'm not including our Sean in that).

None spring to mind although I'm only back as far as I can remember (circa 1971). Anyone?

Someone mentioned him before; assumed it was a joke. Just read that he was a student at Sheff Uni - did he follow us then?

Apparently was a regular at BDTBL in his uni days, I can't remember who mentioned it though. He was in Juliet Bravo, don't you know.

There's Flea as well but no idea why he chose the Blades or if he's ever been to a game.

He looks familiar but I’m ashamed to say I can’t place him. Can anyone help me out?

What I got:

Possible related search: man
The Wikipedia article for 'Man'
40 pictures of black men, most of which were police mug shots (LOL)
and finally: a Rotten Tomatoes page for The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (as he's the actor that played Geoffrey, the Butler).

The Road Manager for The Animals was a notorious fanny magnet and in his autobiography tells the story of when he was once staying in the same hotel as her and she invited him up to her room , making it clear that she wasn’t fancying a game of crib .

He decided he couldn’t be bothered and told the barman he could take his place , which he did .

Hands up all those who would have done the same .......... :)

The Flea. Bass player for Red Hot Chilli Peppers. I know he's a Blade but not sure if he's attended a match.
