Forget Hendo for the season by all accounts, at least another 8 weeks according to rumours.

In terms of red cards and losing his rag.....yes, fully understand it.

But I accept Darius for what he is, because he is a decent forward that many Championship clubs would like to have. In terms of his other qualities I cant knock him. Committed, strong, brave and gets the odd goal. When people label him with things like "carthorse" it disgusts me quite frankly. Plenty of other strikers in the division arent fit to polish his boots.

Is it just me or are we still getting far more long term injuries than most clubs? I make that Morgan and Taylor out for the season, Henderson and France have been out all year, Williamson has only just returned, Ward was out for an extended period, Jordan is out for a while...this has been going on for 2 seasons now.

Tends to suggest that its more about the players we have, or the fact that a lot of them are still suffering from injuries they picked up in a previous regime.

Im looking forward to the return of Hendo. Hes no world beater, but a very solid championship striker.

Lets not pin our hopes on Hendo, its one thing for him to be the best striker at the club, but its another for him to be able to play!
