I am very happy with MA as our new manager. However, i am even happier that Carver, and more importantly, Ellis! have left the club!!!!

I too would have like Carver to stick around in a coaching capacity (if of course he wanted to).

Found him a sound bloke and seemed to have a decent calibre, good to see the passion in him too.

Best of luck to him, I'm sure he'll not be short of offers.

As for Ellis, he's had a lot of undeserved abuse from people knowing no more than his previous allegiences, but I think it was right for him to be replaced.

The thing for me with all of the coaching staff is... What the fook did they do!

I'm sure both Ellis and Carver were well respected, but all of the coaches under Blackwell, Speed and perhaps also Robson failed to address the simplest of issues such as defensive set pieces, attacking set pieces, maintaining shape in defence and attack.

More recently, how have we failed to address giving away so many penalties this season is beyond me. we must be into double figures for pens against this year. Oh and before we start discussing how some were pens and some weren't, we get ourselves into the exposed position to give them away so this is where we need to cut this out

Whatever Micky and his back room team do, they have to get the basics right, these are the things that us fans notice.
