He has credit in the bank to absolute minimum be the person to try and get us back up. It's the opposite to following blindly. We're behind him because we have seen where he's taken us.

All the people banging on about North Korea nobody is saying you can't have an opinion. But equally if people think your opinion is ridiculous they will call it out. And the Wilder should go opinions are ridiculous.

Never said straightaway. I said if things haven't improved by New Year's Day then he would need to go. I stick by that.
 
It seems most calling for Sir Chris Wilder’s head are new members or newish members with not many posts to their names.

Yet all of a sudden when we go through a rough patch they’re the ones making the most noise about Sir Chris Wilder getting the old heave ho.

Wonder why that might be? Has S6 suddenly been connected to the internet?
 



They are just gutted that they have to endure Pullisball for a while until he is inevitably binned off.

You need to get a reality check. If CW doesn't change things, we're going down. Madness to keep doing the same things over and over. I'm not going to start trading insults. It's my view and after being a Blade for 42yrs and spending thousands on my club, I'm entitled to it.

Questioning the tactics - fine. In fact many people do this regularly on here.
Questioning the recruitment - also fine. Again, many people think wilder could have done better with his spending.

But coming out with shite like ‘he’s got till new year’ is nonsense.

Wilder’s exceptional record in management (not just at Sheffield United) is pretty much a one off. He’s been successful everywhere he’s been - and by the way the level of success we’ve seen here was quite simply unthinkable 5 years ago.

Winning league 1 with 100 points
Bouncing day massacre
Comfortable finish in ‘la liga’
Basham arriving
In. Year. Out. Cheers.
Top 6 in the premier league with 3/4 games to play.


To consider getting rid of the manager who has orchestrated all of this because we’ve had a terrible start is really shortsighted (polite version)

Suggesting that we sack the best manager we have had in years is ludicrous.

CW has won over 50% of games including last season in the strongest domestic football league in the world. His record is arguably the best in the history of the club. All on a shoe string compared to others. It is nothing short of a miracle.

Chris you need to pinch yourself and appreciate what has been achieved, more than any of us could have hoped for a couple of years ago.

I think you should get behind our manager and the team rather than the opposite as it serves no purpose.

I think it was in a recent interview that the Prince said that he expected to really struggle for the first couple of years in the top flight, and it would take four or five years to get a top half team together, so what we achieved last season was unexpected.

I don't think his finger is on the trigger just yet.
