New away kit launched.

Will divide a few but I like it

Not a fan of pink but it goes nicely with the grey shorts. I'm guessing it's believed it will be popular outside our normal market, now we've got a second season of Premier League status.

Also worth noting the marketing teams smashing the launch videos and digital content once again. Those teams have been really on top form, they've been delivering brilliant stuff now for a consistent period of time. I do think they've tapped into something really important over those years that the city's is in our DNA and we are where we're from. We're in the heart of the city, and the city is in the heart of the club.

Imagine we may keep the fluro as a third kit? Can’t see us rocking up at Southampton and being able to wear either the home or away kit as it stands.

Our best kit this season is the goalie kit.

It might be a modern twist, but if you're Adidas you can't do your homework on the footballing culture of this city and the proceed to kit either side out in pink.

Not bothered about that. They're going to call us pigs and we're going to call them pigs regardless of what shirts we're wearing.

My main concern is that however I look at it, it's just a fuck ugly kit. The shorts improve things a little but it's just a very unappealing colour for a football shirt.

That weird scale effect on it doesn't help matters, either.

Agree with all of that, mate. The shorts are a nice touch on an otherwise poor kit.

Ah well, we'll have a year of looking shite, thanks to the club and Adidas, then we'll try again in a year's time.

I predict it will be a very low seller amongst the more seasoned fanbase, but I can see it being very popular with the younger generation, and newer supporters who have got behind us since we got promoted.

I’ve just shown the email to my son (whose home kit has arrived this morning as well incidentally and I really like), he said “don’t want it” then instantly said “actually I do”.

My biggest pet hate with football shirts is unnecessary bits of material and that collar is right up there with some of the Macron efforts. That extra bit looks dreadful.

Think they have missed a trick here. We could have completed the away kit 'highlighter pen' set and it would have appealed to a lot more people.
