It's not even fucking real. Do you know anyone with it /had it? Nah diddnt think so. Nonone fucking does. Baaaah Baaaah please tell me what to do my precious capitalist system I cant bear not to fear my fellow man.

Pathetic.

I know 2 people that have had it.

For this one I don't agree with loyalty points even though I have lots.

It should be on longevity of season ticket holding as the purchase of away tickets doesn't benefit United at all
I think there'll be easily 10k that have had a ST since point came in.

But longevity goes back before points were introduced.

Mind you I may regret my two year break when I moved to Maidenhead in 1994.

But there's no records of this. When they upgraded the ticket system last season, they wiped the entire database 😔

Your loyalty points are your only proof now.

I'm 36 and had a season ticket since I was 13

Apart from those 2 years I've had one all your life and I learnt the error of my ways and had one for the last 8yrs I lived in Maidenhead.

Got better seats too as I bought back in at a time our support was falling.

Still on same row as before but 50 seats to the left and almost dead centre now ;)

I'm no
What the fuck you on about. Why do you want to get into an argument with someone who has lost their father to a disease you don’t think exists. I’m worried for your mental health or is that another myth.
Im not arguing with anyone. I'm stating my opinion. If you want to get all high and mighty about it, your welcome to. Why even respond?

High and mighty about his Dad dying?
Just read what your are posting and see what an insensitive twat you are seeming to be.
Maybe you do see, but you just don't care which again tells a tale or two about you personally.

One thing I can suggest you save you a few quid is not to obsess with wrapping tinfoil around your head. There’s nothing in there that anyone particularly wants to know. 👍

I know quite a few people who've had it. They are mostly in the medical professional and a few of them have been really ill. My wife is a nurse and worked in intensive care in April. Saw some terrible deaths. Doesn't want to go back to that.

Take care

Yes I’m fine thank you. Think I got away with a light dose of it.

basically I felt a bit ropey for a couple of days (loss of appetite, slight shortness of breath doing anything more physical like up and down stairs) and nose felt blocked (but nothing in it). Night sweats for for a couple of nights and then all that continued and loss sense of smell and taste (our lass literally put the young uns soiled nappy under my nose and I couldn’t smell a thing!) developed along with a slight cough.

all the above went after about4 days and now just have a raging cold.

like I say got away with it compared to others

The world is bizarre at the moment, so many inconsistencies, contradictions and lack of logic.

The police don‘t practice social distancing or wear masks and hardly any deaths. How come they are so immune?
10’s of 1000’s march in the streets protesting a few months back and the death rate still decreases.
How come the protesters ignoring the lock down rules have had such a negligible effect.
I went for a meal recently....no one wears masks and the tables were quite close together....why are restaurants exempt.
Im catching a plane next January to Mexico....every single seat has been booked up on the plane.
Why is there no social distancing when you spend hours on a plane but in the airport lounge you need to keep your distance.
How come child education was always so precious that if a parent took them out of school on holiday for a few days they risked a fine.
However now it seems children are unlikely to return to normal schooling.....some of their studies will stilll need to take place at home.

The scientists say this virus has a exponential spread.
So if you accept as fact that it’s so contagious then why haven’t millions had it or caught it?
If you accept that many millions have had cv19....then why is there so few deaths...logic suggests relatively speaking it’s not as dangerous as feared.

Also am I the only one that is alarmed by the constant brain washing and conditioning techniques.
I listened to a Coco Cola advert on Talk Radio yesterday (not Talksport).
The voice said “this is the new norm but why fight it....just smile and have a drink of coke”.

The death rate has almost reduced to nothing...there were 8 deaths out of 65,000,000 people in the UK at the weekend.
There were 9 deaths yesterday. There’s even a theory that deaths have been grossly exaggerated.
People aren’t dying because of Corona virus. They have numerous other ailments and die with corona virus..so would have died even if cv19 didn’t exist.

So now the fear mongering tactics aren’t about deaths....the Nightingale wards are empty....it’s now all about infections.
I’m from a large family group and work in a large organisation and I’m personally only aware of 2 people dying of cv19....both in their late 80’s.

Regards football......it wouldn’t surprise me if stadiums are only ever at most 50% full.....the fear mongering and brain washing will continue for a while yet.
It would be interesting to know when Bramall Lane will ever hold over 30K again? Could be many many years.

S/t holders only and no away fans so then that reduces capacity anyway and the club should have everyones details from where they are sat

Hope I do to be fair

I bet you like a game of Russian Roulette as well.

Don't wish it on yourself, you might just get what you wish for.

I hope you don't get it but don't deride either this virus or the things we need to do to keep ourselves, our friends, our family our loved ones and our neighbours safe.

I'd add to this, any of our season ticket holders who do not want to attend should be able to hold their seats for another season without any negative consequences.
Some may wish to skip this year due to vulnerability, even if that's just while crowds are reduced as I expect it to be opened up as the season progress'.
No away fans for the whole season seems like a no brainer though.

The facts show that cars kill far more children than Corona virus.....but does anyone want cars banning?
when ever there’s thunder and lightning....someone runs the risk of being fatally killed by lightning.....there’s as much chance of children dying this way than by Corona virus. So when ever you walk to the shops in bad weather no one ever says they are playing Russian roulette taking their life in their hands crossing the road.

Appreciate that figuratively it’s like Russian roulette but think it’s important to have perspective and not get caught up in the media hysteria and fear mongering. Its likely that far more will die from the lock down than Corona virus. Also for those that accept a permanent semi lock down the quality of life is likely to be much lower with mental health issues and depression.

I find it bizarre that now deaths from cv19 isn’t relevant anymore. Wow.
Its now all about positive tests cases. Logic says if more and more people are being tested then of course the number of positive cases detected should increase.
However why has the fact that hardly anyone is dying.... being ignored.

It feels like we’ve been taken over by an alien invader and now need to live a certain controlled way.
I’d rather live in freedom and take the negligible risk of dying than live like this. Think we owe it to our children and grandchildren. This is no life for them.

A 30-year-old man died of coronavirus in Texas this week after attending a so-called "Covid party".

Dr Jane Appleby, chief medical officer for Methodist Hospital and Methodist Children’s Hospital in San Antonio, said that the unidentified man’s last words were: “I think I made a mistake. I thought this was a hoax, but it's not.”

In a recorded statement, Dr Appleby said that the patient told nurses about the party which she said was hosted by someone diagnosed with coronavirus.

“The thought is people get together to see if the virus is real and if anyone gets infected,” she said.

Dr Appleby decided to share the story to get the message across that the virus can affect anyone.

Data from San Antonio is in line with national trends that show increased numbers of younger people getting sick now compared to the initial wave where the average age of patients was older.

The most cases in the county were in people aged 20 to 29 (24 per cent of cases), and 30 to 39 (20 per cent of cases), according to the Bexar County Health Department.

Methodist Hospital is currently caring for several 20 to 30-year olds.

Dr Appleby said that while some patients can be treated and discharged, others become seriously ill and she wants everyone, especially young people, to realise that they are not invincible.

The health department has also recorded a jump in the rate of people testing positive for the virus, from 5 per cent several weeks ago to 22 per cent now.

San Antonio has recorded 18,602 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, including an increase of 923 on Friday.

Dr Appleby encourages the public to wear masks, stay home as much as possible and avoid groups of people.

I wouldn't say they're being ignored but our attention is now more towards isolating the spread of the virus rather than coping with the overwhelming number of deaths which saw early on. We now know more about the virus than we did when we were seeing numbers of 500/600+ dying on a daily basis and can treat patients better due to this.

I long for the day we have 0 deaths, we'll get there eventually but can't come soon enough.

Scientists have got this country by the balls, they dont give a flying fuck about the economy or mental health.
The scandalous front page headline in today's Mirror, that scientists warn a deadly second wave COULD be twice as bad as the first is abhorrent, and horrifically scare mongering.
Everything is going in the right direction in the battle against this virus, minor spikes are not unexpected given the July 4th easing of restrictions.

We at the behest of people who would keep us in Lockdown until every last trace of Coronavirus has been eliminated.
I could fly 12 hours to America on a packed flight, but cant go and watch Renishaw Rangers v Worksop U21s with a man and his dog watching later.

We at the behest of people who would keep us in Lockdown until every last trace of Coronavirus has been eliminated.

Which is what new Zealand did. They got in early stamped it out and have near normal lives now with mass gatherings and no social distancing without any vaccine ready. Sounds good to me.

The longest ST holders are also going to be the oldest! Possibly 11,000 most vulnerable in the ground :)
