If we get into Europe

Does anybody know what competions or clubs are good at allowing larger away crowd numbers s?
The European dream is great and I want to go. If we get allocations of 2000 etc I won't get a ticket.
Coronavirus permitting, if you haven't got a ticket just turn up and get one on the black market, if you want one badly enough you'll get one.

I've done it many times with england if I've wanted one I've got one, if I couldn't be that arsed i'd get pissed and spend the money on more ale.

Maybe wrong and I've only seen the usual headlines written to grab attention but "large gatherings" seem off the menu until Spring 2021 so id be surprised if any games are allowed to be attended at all next season probably open the gates for the Euros next summer
Let’s pray for Dynamo Minsk in the draw then

Spain is talking about letting fans back in the stadiums with an initial maximum of 500

I hope we do get there. Draw Kaiserslautern and then smash them. Someone needs to put right the stain on our city. And it won't be those cunts.

Unfortunately that won't happen. Kaiserslautern are now a 3rd tier side.

That would actually be quite apt if the pigs go down and we reach Europe. Their big European success of 1993, fast forward 27 years and they're both in the 3rd tier

Yeah, but that's the 90's. We're living in 2020 now, we even have Sheffield Doncaster which is fine for private jets. I mean, yeah Sheffield still is in a geographic no mans land and by no means really the "4th city of the country", but big enough to grow now.
and don't forget Sheffield now has a Premier league team 😉 if the council had any nous they'd be riding the coat tails of this to improve the city and the perception of it.

It's going to vary, but I'm going regardless if we get in, worst thing that happens is it's a city break that I can extend into some foreign league games on the weekend, dependent on our fixtures. Obviously if we draw Motherwell I might reconsider

Do you want to rethink that statement re SCC? 🤨

i don't live in Sheffield anymore but the council has a bit of a reputation, I'd hope they'd see this as an opportunity.
SCC have never had a reputation for what you would call 'forward thinking'!

Now if the Pigs were in the......

Don't be daft TB, what are you thinking 😳 that's never going to happen anytime soon is it???? 😁

If we get into Europe,I’m going to rub it into every pig fans face and have the biggest grin on my face when they reply with the obvious “but you’re not going to be able to go and watch any of the games”.
1st of January 2021 ;)

Does anybody have to hand who qualifies for Europe (let's say Man City get in ) and how?
I'm going to chug through this slowly but if anybody's got it in their head it'll save me some time.

And I mean if ........Are we going to bang on about it for the next thirty years to make out we are some sort of super club, or are we just going to have a great time?
Don't you know? Where have you been the last three years.
Regards the other faction, just smile say now't.

CL - Top 4 (assuming City win their appeal)
EL Group Stage - 5th
EL Group Stage - FA Cup winners
EL Second Qualifying Round - EFL Cup winners

Currently Man City are top 4 and have won the cup, so 6th will get Europa League Second Qualifying Round, the same would happen for the FA Cup, a Europa League place would be available for 7th.

If Wolves or Man U win the Europa League and finish outside of the top 4 I believe that there would be 5 English teams in the Champions League and if they finish in the Europa League places, that place would move down the table.

So basically, assuming Man City escape punishment, as I understand it we can get Europe in the following ways:

Finish top 4
Finish top 5
Finish top 6 (as City won the EFL Cup)
Finish top 7 (if a team already in the European places wins the FA cup)
Finish top 8 (if a team already in the European places wins the FA Cup, and a team outside the Champions League places wins the Europa League)

I think I've understood that right.

Spot on. Alternatively, we could just win the FA Cup too.
