Did we not have one when BBC had championship games for that one season about 10 years ago?

Think it might have been Leeds or someone else local anyway.

I’d completely forgotten they had that tbh, and can’t remember our appearance. Though if 2009/10 that might be because I barely remember the season itself.

I don’t know for sure tbh. I don’t think we were a great watch back then anyway so can’t imagine we had many 😆

I’m also assuming any of BT’s on top of their original allocation will have to be as well.

as ive said this is great thing but was needed because only way to stop legal action was to complete the season. but this is going to be weird & have some abnormal effect on the season

is it just me that thinks finishing in European place is sort of pointless. not philosophically but its been tough enough to get fixtures to take place safely in their own country. nevermind overseas. so European football might have to take a sabbicial, which is just our luck

Sky have 64 games. The original 39 they had left normally which will be exclusive to Sky customers plus another 25 that will be available to everyone free to air.

Not sure how the other 28 will be split between the others.

As I have no need for Sky to watch our televised games given I'm either at the game itself, or watching in the pub, that'd be fucking marvellous

Speaking of which. James Harper was another one that had been class elsewhere until he decided to rock up at BDTBL and stink the place out. See Brian Howard also.

As a non Sky owner I'm sure I watched us away at Derby live, so could have been on BBC, when they hadn't won at home for 20+ games, so of course we lost 1-0 and sure Halford, Sun Ji Hai were in the team.

I literally didn’t remember Henri Camara played for us.

Another player that was shit hot everywhere else until he came to us 🤔

Taken with a big pinch of salt given my appalling knowledge of this season, but I seem to remember him being one of the few exciting players of that season – though he had terrible fitness due to no preseason.

James Harper though – awful. I’d had high hopes for him too given how he’d always looked excellent at Reading.

Yeah my knowledge of that season isn’t great hence the reason I didn’t even remember him playing for us so he may have been ok but probably shows how utterly non descript the season was.

With hindsight I reckon Sidwell probably carried Harper at a Reading based on how garbage he was for us. All I remember is him shouting and pointing a lot but being utter dog shit.

I bet none of our games are on the BBC, back to searching for dodgy streams I guess.

If half your screen isn't obscured by an ad for porn, the commentary isn't out of synch with the action and anyway it's not in Hindi, and you have know precisely which pixilated blur is Billy Sharp and which is El Ghazi then it's just not football IMHO.

With those players that would have been the previous season.

So unless we were covered by the BBC twice at Donny, it seems the last time we played in the League there was the 2010/11 season – was a year early. Relegation year, Speed in charge, Sharp scored, this feels more familiar.

What about season ticket holders for the games Sky had already selected? How do we get to watch those without paying again?

There’s no way I wouldn’t have watched this. But even looking at the match’s details I can’t remember any of this. What a memorable season.
