Advice on quickest way to get a media pass

No way am I going to miss out on FA cup final and our european tour.

Very mature student journo course, there must be one somewhere.

If you want to be a journalist you should be doing better research than asking us lot. If it were me, I’d contact media outlets and offer to cover the games free or do some articles, if they give me a press pass.

I am a journalist and wouldn't recommend going in the press box as a fan.I did it a couple of times as a cub reporter. It's a place of work and you won't enjoy it. The other real journalists won't thank you for being there either. But I imagine this was tongue in cheek

Used to go to all our away games in the press box, early to mid nineties. Only time I lost it and jumped up was at Luton on Boxing Day when Deano scored. Once sat next to Trevor Brooking at Highbury when he was doing his 5 Live summarising. Always regret not kidney punching him since the Tevez saga.

Piece of Piss. Press Passes are used extensively by the Horrendous Lemons at England away games. (I'm in the Carrier Bag Firm for SUFC games, but the HLs for England games). If we qualify for European Football, I'll post the details.

It's a different type of "journalism" though, saying that, I wouldn't even class it as journalism tbh, it's just fan-made content for like-minded fans, nothing more.

What's happened to Travelling Blade anyway? Not seen him post any vlogs for a few months.

As a journalist myself I'd say the best way to get a media pass is to become a journalist.

I’m a media luvvie with over 25
Years experience. A standard media pass won’t get you into any games these days, you also need a day pass for the specific game!!

Took a mate to Maine Road once and at half time we set off for the press box, for the usual stewed tea and soggy sandwiches. Went up some steps to be greeted by a hostess handing us a cup of soup from a tray. 'This is a bit posh' we said slurping our chowder. Not like the usual dingy, windowless hack's hangout. Until we noticed Citeh chairman Peter Swales a few feet away chatting to some posh nob in a suit. Looking round it became obvious that we'd wandered into the Director's Lounge by mistake. We sort of did one of those comedy sideways walks, back the way we'd come, still clutching our posh soup. It was horrible as well, BTW.
