What they completely mis-judged was our manager and players. I suspect a few are still saying that they wouldn't have Fleck over Bannon

Mrs KIMD isn't from Sheff, and whilst she'll occasionally watch United, she doesn't properly get the pigs rivalry, not in the same way as someone who grew up in it would. We've obviously got pork for friends and family and away from all footballing topics, she's like "I don't get it, they're nice!" We don't really do football chat with them often, mainly cos them lot don't want to at the min (wonder why?) so she doesn't get to see the deluded side of them...

Might just show her this...

Wish I could be arsed to trawl back to some conversations with pigs last season and remind them of their predictions...and mine.

Only me seems to have seen what was about to happen to them. Pigs really are the Ostrich of fans by simply burying their heads and refusing to see what’s happening until it’s too late.
I have to laugh now it’s finally dawning on a few how far behind they are and continue to fall every season. Chansiri has failed to wipe out their spending problem and they will continue to be hampered by FFP for at least 3 more years if they somehow manage to stay up...go down and they could end up falling to L2 and looking like another Bolton.

I heard one say theyd still sneak into the playoffs only last week. Even a season ticket holding grunter told him to shut up.

3-0 down by halftime in four of their last five league games. Attendances are sinking like a stone and The fans have almost completely turned on Monk. Bizarrely they don't really blame the players and some even want Bullen to replace Monk as they think he'll bring back some of the flops that have been frozen out.

They'll go down next season if the points deduction doesn't get them this year and they won't be back anytime soon. They need a complete clear out of the entire playing and coaching staff and a rebuild from the ground up, but that isn't going to happen while theyre under a chairman who'll desperately try to recover as much of his losses as possible.
