Brilliant all this optimism cus as a rule we are a f in miserable bunch. Now I know this is born out of experience but there is a genuine feeling around the place that this is our time and we are going to enjoy it wherever it takes us.

So far this season absolutely everything has gone well and much better than expected. It started with the summer window which was way beyond expectations. It carried on into our performances on the park, no losses in 5 away games in London, beating the likes of Arsenal at home and the cheats getting their injury time goal overturned. We couldn't have dreamt the players would have taken to the Premiership like they have and Wilder has been an absolute credit to the club and the city.

The court case went the right way with the Prince showing the type of boardroom ambition the club has never seen before. Then to cap it off the judge blocked McCabes right to appeal which meant the Prince unloaded in January and we signed the right kind of players, young, talented and ambitious.

What a time to be a Blade, wherever this season takes us and who know it could be Kazakstan and Amsterdam !!

I don’t know where we’re going to finish!!!. This season has just been a dream so far for all. Wilder and the board are spending the money but also making sure we’re financially stable for the future. What a time to be a blade
