Doubt it....Norwood plays the pivot role really well and it’s his long range passing that gives us a new dimension.
Think Berge would play the Lunny role with Fleck encouraged to get forward more...could even be a change of formation.

It’s a logical progressive stage for our current formation if that’s what they’re doing. First season you consolidate, a flat 3, give yourself a solid defensive base to build from. From that point, as better players are developed or become available you can move towards a less conservative midfield. A 2 can provide the cover previously afforded by the 3 and you can have an extra attacking threat.
This is what we did in the Championship when we brought in Norwood, and who knows, but maybe this is the first piece in Wilders Blades v1.3
