Blades away wear?

Depends if I’m going in their end or not. If so, will try and blend in with local fashions. Worked well at Chesterfield in the Higdon era, just wore my outdated clobber used for DIY and the garden and was readily accepted in all pubs no hassle.

Scunthorpe too, though had to amend the image slightly by not washing for a few days and wearing a jacket I’ve kept solely for lying on my back when working on my old car. Actually, looked a bit too well dressed for some pubs...

Fun times !!

I will be dressed in Bleached Pepe Jean's, Adidas Wimbledon Trainers, Lemon Pringle jumper, Kappa white T-Shirt, Deer stalker hat and carrying a automatic black umbrella.

Although I won't be going to Arsenal just popping down to Crystal Peaks.
Haha had to laugh there broomhall had all those back in the day including the deerstalker and umbrella

No. The 95 version. I actually do have the other one as well but seldom seen as I’m about 3 stone heavier ! Last seen I think at Colchester away when we lost 5-2 on MOTD. John Matthews scored I think.

Nah, it was Edwards and a Kenworthy penalty. Think we were 4 nil down before we had got out of the traps. We also played in Colchesters away kit that day.

You are correct sir ! Bad memory for me all round !

If you’re over the age of 14 and wearing replica shirt

Never worn a shirt to match just on holiday's. Like my designer clobber to much but getting in pubs is a big issue with football shirts. I do agree not many shirts get worn this season away!

I don't tend to wear colours to away games but have done on occasion. I wear it to home games.

Saw a bloke other week with a big puffa jacket on and his home shirt over the top of it. How he managed it I'll never know. And he looked a tool.

Stoney Gold jacket , red baker boy cap, aquascutum scarf, Paul & shark multi coloured striped shirt, black Ralph jumper, black Armani jeans, black boss socks, oxblood monkey boots.

Well at least we know McBurnie is a member of the forum now, kept it quiet for a long time though Oli, well played.

Kappa poppers (baggy and half mast), Carlotti tracksuit top (with Rab C Nesbit vest underneath), white sports socks (slightly greying from the wash), Lonsdale trainers (whichever is cheap in Sports Direct), black coat with 'Kenwood' on the back for when it's cold. Sorted.

I never wear colours for away games, because you never get in any pubs, but it doesn't make me any less of a blade.

Been to quite a few away games this season and been surprised by how few travelling Blades seem to wear the team colours. Maybe they are hidden under jackets and coats this time of year, but by and large it's groups of supporters in plain dress. Maybe a discreet lapel badge here or there, but not at all obvious they are Blades.

Maybe the colours are kept hidden, or not worn, so they've got a better chance of getting in to pubs at the other end?

I'll be off to Arsenal on saturday and I will, at least, be wearing my Blades scarf. I may not bother with the bobble hat and the wooden rattle, but I'll be wearing the red, white and black. Anyone joining me or are you all going incognito?

Think it’s changed I own the latest shirt but I wouldn’t wear it to a match. Just personal choice.

But you're going to be playing aren't you Oli?

I just picked up the 94 home shirt for 35 quid. Been after it for a while for a decent price
