Richardson, Moore, Jones, Kenworthy, MacPhail, Trusson, Marrow, Tibbott, Ryan, Hatton, Peters.Like our shirt though.
What's Blades team? I have Richardson, Kenworthy, McPhail, Houston? McHale? Trusson? Peters, Hatton.
Thanks Silent. Moore, Jones, Marrow and Ryan are a bit hazy. Trusson McPhail and Kenworthy stayed after the drop. Think Trusson scored one or two.Richardson, Moore, Jones, Kenworthy, MacPhail, Trusson, Marrow, Tibbott, Ryan, Hatton, Peters.

John Ryan left us when we were in the 4th division for Man CityThanks Silent. Moore, Jones, Marrow and Ryan are a bit hazy. Trusson McPhail and Kenworthy stayed after the drop. Think Trusson scored one or two.
Kenworthy always put his heart into the cause. Was rumoured to be attracting interest from Division one clubs earlier on. Might have made him a better player, who knows.
Richardson, Houston and Hatton also stayed, were part of the promotion season and the following season. Thanks Silent. Moore, Jones, Marrow and Ryan are a bit hazy. Trusson McPhail and Kenworthy stayed after the drop. Think Trusson scored one or two.

Strange connection is when we played them in the cup at Upton park when they were homeless. Think it was 0-0 but all a bit hazy now.Towards the end you can just hear Charlton fans singing West Ham's Bubbles.

Wow significant memories for me as it was my first season as a blade and coincidentally my first ever game was the return 3-2 win against Charlton at bramall lane. Thanks for posting![]()

Well done mate; if that had been my 1st season I don't think I'd have stuck around for a 2nd season. That team was about as bad as I can remember since 1953.Wow significant memories for me as it was my first season as a blade and coincidentally my first ever game was the return 3-2 win against Charlton at bramall lane.
Trenton Wiggan could run like a whippet, occasionally he did it with the ball too.Think Trenton Wiggan scored in the 3-2 at our gaff

The Bubbles song was widely-sung back in the day, only West Ham kept it as their signature tune.Towards the end you can just hear Charlton fans singing West Ham's Bubbles. Strange. Mind you fans of most clubs sung YNWA.
