As others have alluded to how we manage the expectations of players going forward is crucial . We all love the fact we are a top half of the table premiership club but we are going to have to accept that means paying premiership wages.

I'd bet a considerable amount of money that our current wage bill is below what a number of championship sides are paying...possibly including our pink, grunting neighbours and that will have to change.

I'm not so worried about Lundstram as for the amount we will have to pay him hes replaceable...its thenlikes of JOC and Egan Im worried about
