Wilder to Arsenal

Never heard a more self important, entitled, set of fans than Arsenal fans. Whoever gets it is on a hiding to nothing.

Not a chance, apparently Fergie is sniffing after him

I’ve heard this too. Apparently Fergie thinks he’s great - which isn’t surprising since his management style is closer to Fergie than anybody else. The worry is that Fergie’s opinions still carry a lot of weight at OT.

If they continue to have a shit season for another couple of months and we keep going as we are then this is the one club that worries me. They have tried all the big name managers and ex players so might be persuaded to try a reincarnation!

I’m hoping that Manure pick up results enough to keep Ole in his job.

Let’s keep our Magic to ourselves.

Wilder is our Bill Shankley for those who remember him. Made a great Liverpool team signing unknown players ie Kevin Keegan from Scunthorpe if my memory serves me right. He’s going no where, has true red Blades blood running through his veins, as we all do.

The Arse are the equivalent of the deluded at rust stain N Korea

1, don't think CW would go even if they offered him triple what he was getting here.
2. If he did accept and go there...then huge meltdown and would very quickly become the worst manager ever....in some folks eyes and never be forgiven
3. all of the above though depends on what is happening in the laundry room up top.
4. Hopefully those doing the ironing have recognised and realise the job CWAK are doing, IT IS THOSE TWO Knilly and Tufty that have given this club back to the fans and are bringing a whole new generation onboard, also a big Praise for Steve Bettis whos has been the go between for CWAK to the Prince and KM to put this team together with new additions during the summer.

So to those in charge REALISE WHAT YOU HAVE GOT keep them and back them....
some peroni in fridge might help as well.....

PS boardroom.
don't do the usual Blades Clusterfook and sell anyone when transfer window opens...simples....if you want to keep the fans on board.

Sorry for ironing referances....just finnished doing a whole load.....

[QUOTE="S..and big clubs don’t need to take risks.
Arsenal’s world wide reputation would immediately slump if they appointed Wilder.
So it’s impossible that Arsenal would be remotely interested.
[/QUOTE]
And for a big club that doesn't need to take risks what a horlicks they made with Emery despite his background of big European clubs. Even I could coach the defence better......

Just listening to the Football daily from Monday where idiots like Chris Sutton were talking about Wilder "going to a bigger club".

The phrase "no disrespect to Sheffield United" must have been used 30 times as they went on to disrespect our club. The premise was why would anyone with ambition not leap at Everton or Arsenal based on those clubs will back him better financially!

Suggests that we can't have ambition and won't back him financially. Sutton at one point made the comment of how much have Everton spent in the last 5 years compared to liddle old Sheff U. Fookin idiot completely unlevel playing field that has changed if we stay up and it maybe shows there is more to it than spunkin money!

The obsession with the bigger clubs is so insulting to clubs like us, Bournemouth and particularly Leicester with this continual touting of our managers to go to bigger jobs. Maybe just maybe you two hats the world balance is changing. The end of the Fergie Wenger era means the monopoly is over and talented British managers will bring other clubs to the fore.

I heard one of their fans on Talkcrap earlier saying he would like Wilder, but studio guest Perry Groves said he would not be able to handle big time players or a big club.
Perry fucking Groves!

Still, the longer pundits think that the better for us, I don't want him going anywhere.
Is it just me that gets wound up by comments like that. They make the Blades sound like a tiny club that found its way to the top League. A bit like Wimbledon. I also hate the way they assume he would go at the drop of a hat just because it’s fecking Arsenal.
He’s already in his dream job and he’s only just started building something special. He won’t throw that away just like that. He‘d always wonder what might have been and wonder just how far he could have taken us, and how big he could have made us.

Leicester especially, all the "go and get Rodgers" hot takes I've seen the last day or so, Leicester are second! They're playing better than anyone in the league at the moment, and have the best chance currently to challenge Liverpool. That's a big job. Trying to get Arsenal into 6th with a rotten squad, owner, and fanbase in comparison is a big ol' pile of shit.

They need to live in the present. Big 6 isn't a thing anymore, good manager and some backing anyone can have a go.

This is probably be Rogers' best chance to put one over Liverpool too, no chance he would leave Leicester this season if they keep this up.

Just remember in the back of your mind who scored the first PL goal and who it was against. Comments like that then just evaporate.

Love how teams think they've got a divine right to just come in and nab Sir Chris Wilder OBE.

Not seen that bloke on AFTV before but he certainly seems to know about Wilder's career.

First time on AFTV that I have seen someone talking some sense other than Robbie. :)

It’s a joke the way they go on.

We‘ve got a shit team playing crap so what can we do? I know we’ll go for Chris Wilder who pound for pound is the best manager in the league. He‘s only at Sheffield United who are just above us with only a tenth of our resources.

Lol what do you mean he might not fancy us? We’re Arsenal...

Arrogant fuckers.

Agree completely they can just choose who they want cos they are privilidged Londoners !
Who do they think they are ! On ya bike wankers

Tbf why wouldn't they think they could get him. Sure he's a blade but he wouldn't turn that down.

LOL , HES ONE OF OUR OWN , you thick ( we have a divine right ) southern twats ⚔

I have never been so excited about a Blades team and unbelievably I believe there is more to come , God knows where this journey will take us but I am loving every minute !
