1-0: Palace hit a long free kick up to the edge of our box, where it is half cleared. Palace regain possession and Butterfield hits a curling cross, which Lee pokes in.

The first photo shows that there's no Palace player challenging for the header. It is Williamson and Monty who go for it, obviously disturbing eachother. It is the former who gets his head to it.

As said Palace regain possession, we manage to push them back a bit, but they still get the cross in. It is Morgan who loses Lee in the box.

Morgs didn't attack the ball, he doesn't seem to do enough to win it

Is Morgan's general form a concern at all?

He hasn't been as solid since returning from injury (he may well have returned earlier than he ideally would have of course), but that said I seem to remember times in the past where he's struggled against Alan Lee.

Highlights suggest it was a crap game on a sunday league pitch played by headless chickens.

I don't think his form is a long term concern, but he's obviously not as sharp as he has been.

Alan Lee is a tricky player, but Morgs should be able to cope with him.

Nice one. Next time I want to refer to a complete twat at work I'll refer to him as a "tricky player".

I don't think Morgan is having his best spell at the moment. Haven't seen him play really well since Killa departed.

Mere co-incidence. That was very good business, apparently.

Perhaps Tricky wasn't the best word, but he's very good at getting away with being Sly....not Stallone

This Summer, I'd get rid of Hendo and bring Lee in.

kin el, you've started me off again.....Very Good business....last 6 months of his contract.... best interests of Sheffield United.... The Blades way.... Heavily in debt..... buy a season ticket today......Injuries....Europe within 5 years....

Can't you make it Quinnys fault! it would please some ;)

Cheers Bergen.

The highlights that I've seen (BBC) don't offer too much, but i'll stick my 2 penneth in anyway.

I haven't seen the header away because the highlights don't show it, but my concern is how much time Butterfield has for the cross. He is absolutely acres of space. He takes his time and delivers an excellent cross. Williamson comes over to charge him down, but where is Yeates? As the left winger I'd be expecting him to close down the right full back.

Butterfield then puts in a cracker of a cross and I think it's unfair to say Bunn should be collecting that. It's a good ball in, but Morgs should do better. He is initially in a good position, but then doesn't do enough to get in front of Lee. I expect better from Morgan and attribute the blame fully with him. A strong centre half with Morgans experience should have blocked the shot.
