If we sell players then we have to think how much we would need to spend to replace them. It would difficult to sell any of our defence and then spend less than we got to replace them. For example if we sold Stevens & wanted a replacement from the Championship. How much would that player cost?

Stevens - £10m minimum - Stats say one of the best full backs in the EPL
JOC - £30 million minimum - If he earns and becomes a regular England international surely that would increase his value to £40-50 million? Also his best years ahead of him.
Egan - £30 Million minimum - If he was playing for Man Utd or Spurs then he would be rated one of the best CBs in the league and worth double. But as its us he barely gets mentioned alongside Maguire and VDD.
Basham - £5 million - Coming into the last few years of his career. Will be very hard to replace. Infact im sure CW has tried to but has not found anyone suitable. Yet.
Baldock - £15 Million - Another player who has stepped up brilliantly. How much would we have to pay to replace him?

I've said already there is no way he has lost any value in the space of 4 starts and a goal. Nevermind £10m.

Jack is English though, which adds it's own extra millions on (for a reason I'm not 100% sure of). I also get the impression (probably all in my head) that Jack has more potential.

I think most people knew Morrison was a flyer and that he was unlikely to contribute significantly.
