What about ‘Chrissy Wilder, Alan Knill’ to the eastenders theme tune?

Or ‘they call him Billy, Billy, fatter than lightning’ to the Flipper theme tune

Or ‘Basham, the wonder horse’

Billy would be better with the "Casey Jones" theme tune (the chorus at least).

You know just what you'll get
When you see
Him run into the box, you know that
Billy puts the ball into the bottom of the net.

See? Bloke with proven musical history and acumen, comes up with the goods!

Needs no work.

Been waiting 40 odd years for this......Also play the theme from the Flashing Blade when we run?

Burt Bacharach will be turning in his grave!

(Oops! He’s not dead yet!)

He’ll be envious then.

Ahh. Memries of Saturday morning kids’ TV 👍

The Grateful Dead’s version of “Casey Jones” is pretty neat too.

“Drivin’ that train, high on cocaine,
Casey Jones you’d better watch your speed ...”

Could become a HT concourse favourite?

If no one under 60 will recognise the tune, I can see a new song really getting traction.

Lot's of sour grapes (gang)

International break on it's way.

Oh and one for JonnyRed(WCFC) as I know you like Paul Revere and the Raiders type of music.

Banana Splits featured lots of music and songs, many written by famous people like Gene Pitney, Barry White (before he was famous) and soul singer Jimmy Radcliffe.

This one though, below, was the one I always remembered, because it had that late 60's psychedelic pop sound, with the harpsichord intro and the jangly guitars.
