A McCabe linked company originally then sold to others in 2013/14.

Oddly enough whilst the "white elephant" was making a profit. £450k over three years.

Who'd want to buy an office block in a football ground eh?
Who else but McCabe would want an office in a football ground 😵

I thought the Judge said it would be sold at valuation as of July 2019.

So it would seem it's pretty set in stone as long the funds are found

Property valuations were provided by experts for both parties at the Hearing. JF referred to the 2019 valuations to explain they had gone up in value during the 18 months of the Litigation meaning this was a benefit to KM. It would seem these valuations will be the basis for an agreed price

"Where are your offices?"
"Bramall Lane."
"The football ground?"
"Yeah."
"Oh, that's nice and easy to find then, see you Monday."

Vs

"Where are your offices?"
"Bowen House"
"Where's that then? Never heard of it."
"Near the roundabout on your way to the big Tesco."
"Oh, better give me the post code. Hopefully see you Monday."

I'd rather the corners of our ground be for fans but offices are a reasonable idea.

Though if you need an office and you are a blade, working Saturday could be the way forward.

Or was, until someone put a huge telly in your view.

Tell you what, if you can’t find my office using google maps or satnav, don’t fucking bother. I’ve already got more than my fair share of idiots, I don’t need another.

(That’s why my business isn’t very successful)

Well the Prince can get a mortgage for the land/stadium or find outside funding to get his circa 50 million to pay KM, then the club will pay back to the lender over an agreed period time I would guess
I guess the most effective way to do it would be for the Prince to borrow the capital to buy the property, and charge the club a rent, to recover the costs. Rent stops when the capital is repaid?
