Inside the next 12 months, it’ll be sold along with the ground, hotel, academy and business centre..

To prince abdullah, 50million ish it’s gonna cost him as a guess..

If not mcabe will keep it if the prince declines due to valuations not meeting - that’s when you can start worrying mate.. not today..

The valuations have to be met and will be.

The owners agreement will obviously have methodised it, or will it? Seems KM had his grandson or the like acting for him at the time of the agreement.

The prince will have to pay fair value - what is that for a football ground with 50000 or so passionate supporters and 'single use' for obvious reasons?. He'll gobble it up now we are in the Prem. He's won the lottery!

I would hope that there's an independent assessment of the value of the property assets done & then both parties agree.

I think if Macabe wants to create as much trouble as possible then it's this issue which will cause the biggest headache.

Didn’t they do that for the trial?

Yep if McCabe says he wants £100m for the lot then on top of all that the kop needs rebuilding desperately and more capacity is needed then the Prince might just think it is more cost effective to build a 40,000 stadium down Attercliffe or somewhere. I guess we will see if there is no bigger blade than Kevin McCabe in the next year.

The prince has to buy the assets and Kev has to sell at a fair price - believe it was in the contract. There's no i'm not going to sell or I'm not going to buy.

Was that price based on a Championship club or a club in the Premier League or has a valuation already been worked out for both senorio's?

No Idea :)

It's just the property assets though not the 'club' so I'm assuming it would not make any difference. Again I'm assuming if a price has not been set already and they can't agree they would pop back to court and the judge would rule on it - as it was mandated in the ruling that it had to be sold by next summer.

Yes good comments what worries me when macabe says Chris as got a decision to make, i hope he’s not wanting Chris to resign to further his cause, that won’t be putting his beloved blades first.

I thought the Judge said it would be sold at valuation as of July 2019.

So it would seem it's pretty set in stone as long the funds are found

Is that the end of sausage rolls?

Chris is managing his boyhood club in the PL, I can't see this distorting his focus for the time being. If for some reason this starts to impact on his budget or he starts to get any interference from HRH in the next few months then that might be a different matter.

Well the Prince can get a mortgage for the land/stadium or find outside funding to get his circa 50 million to pay KM, then the club will pay back to the lender over an agreed period time I would guess

Why can't people be as sensible as you, you are quite correct. Just read the verdict before making silly statements about moving ground ect.

Business centre sold some time ago.

Who bought that ?

A McCabe linked company originally then sold to others in 2013/14.

Oddly enough whilst the "white elephant" was making a profit. £450k over three years.

Who'd want to buy an office block in a football ground eh?
