No. We are 6th in the table so it stands to reason that there is no possible way we could still be in that position at the end of the season. Its a fookin disgrace.

Ha, I do know what you mean, but Stewart was almost Kozziesque in the way he hit passes down the wing, cleanly into touch, but additionally his headers went flying off in completely random directions a la Claude late of this parish, and the way in which he used his searing pace to run and try to intercept a ball only for it to be so badly judged it bounced over his head reminded me of watching my lad's under 7's team.

I don't think we'll be top six but even if we are it doesn't matter a flying.
We could only go up in the top two and that's gone.

I'm with you to an extent, Lenners. But what do we do? Do we just accept it or do we strengthen if we can?
You've expressed your comments about a centre half and a left back this last week and Blackies gone out and got the two lads in. Probably not because of you advice though
Its late, but I'm very happy with todays events. We can settle the squad now.
We can have a go now, we can get on and try to get up the table and like last season have a go at the top 2. The Auto's are probably gone now, but whilst its mathmatically possible lets go for it.
I still think 6th will be our finishing position (worst case 8th). But there could be a surprise and we could do better.
Unless we get Autos we won't go up. But we've got to give it a go and you never know we may get lucky

Len is of the opinion that we need to sink to the depths and only then will we somehow get the fight back. You could think that way or you could accept that we are where we are, that's 6th having had one hell of a 1st half of the season changing virtually 3/4s of the squad and half of those having been injured.
So what do we do, sit back, moan and feel sorry for ourselves or get behind the team for the last 20 odd games and see what happens ?
