If you could choose one, and only one, Deano or Billy at their peak? I'd have to go Deano, my all time favourite Blade.

Not sure how old you are mate it's all subjective, to me TC best ever and team of early 70's best ever IMO saying that I love Deano & Billy.

Brilliant article from Deano here. Pretty much nails the problems with modern football and footballer from the mental health perspective.

Also states that pigs offered more than Leeds at the time but knew he'd lose respect of all Blades.

He was a little bit before my time of following United so didn't see him play, but respect him all the same. Moreso after hearing he didn't want to fall out with us all.

Well it isn't. It wasn't just a name change, the top flight is no longer part of the Football League, so it wasn't a First Division goal at all.
