100% got no Issue 2s.

I am sure I saw a box of damaged issue 1s somewhere but haven't been able to find them. If I do, I have a list of people who have asked for copies and will sort.

We've dug some old copies out. Let's call them 'misshapes'. There's a few dogeared pages etc.
