Anyone know if the team is planning on flying to any games? I know some PL teams charter planes, but Sheffield's fairly central location means that it's probably not worth the hassle most of the time. The exceptions are probably Bournemouth, Southampton and Brighton. No scheduled flights from Donny to the south coast though, so they'd need a charter.

(I remember when they were flying high in La Liga the pigs flew to Cardiff - and charged fans something like 700 quid to fly with the team. They lost)

The South Coast clubs might fly into Donny. But in our case I can imagine Wilder saying that there's nothing wrong with the bus. After all, you can't stop at an off-licence on a plane.

It's important that we have the best preparation for games though and a six hour bus ride, even the day before the game, isn't the best preparation.

The coaches are setting off at 6 for the long trip to Bournemouth. Plus bad weather is forecast for Saturday which might slow the journey. The team will fly down on Friday.

The team will be flying with Loganir to away games from DSA. This weekend being the first.

Flew United Airlines in the mid 90's. 20 hour wait in LAX, Their terminal is huge. Went from Lax to JFK (cue song jokes) must have been 10 people on six hour schedule flight.
Proper airliner 300 plus seats. That's how to fly.

Interesting that we used Eastern Airways for the France trip, Loganair for Bournemouth and we used to have a sponsorship with FlyBe!
