I'm confident that what he tells us is accurate at the time he posts. You and I know that things can change, transfers don't develop as hoped, someone else comes in, etc etc.
As it goes, it looks like it may not happen, but RC has enough of a track record for us to believe what he tells us. He's certainly not vain, attention seeking, or on a power trip, unlike some on here. Cough cough.
