You are a million miles off. Will be announced Monday / Tuesday next week. Just a couple of loose ends to tie up. NM will be playing for SUFC next season.

Doesn’t quite sounds like a done deal just yet.

We know these pesky loose ends can quickly become knotty issues. But hopefully some movement with the agent has been made then??

Needs to be registered with the FA for one. Then we’ve got to do a video of him riding a train or a horse or a horse on a train with Billy’s face.

Sold to the fat bastard in the blue suit.

There is a point of principle here, that we are not an easy touch.
I have no reason to doubt that is the case.

But be in no doubt, Brentford aren't a soft touch, either.

We saw that with (ahem) Scott Hogan, when the filth who run West Ham tried all sorts with Scott, to try to steal him on the cheap:

Brentford manager Dean Smith says striker Scott Hogan has had his "head turned" by speculation surrounding his future with the Championship club.
"With what he's been told is on offer for him, it's very hard for him to go out and play," he told BBC Sport.
Brentford are understood to have rejected three bids from West Ham with Smith previously warning potential suitors they would
need to meet the club's valuation before accepting:

Brentford held firm until Villa met the valuation, they got their man, we got our money.

I have no idea about your Mr. Cadette.

But I can assure you, that while our 'Banana' isn't always ITK over Brentford, he often is.

And when he is - and is free to divulge it - he doesn't spoof.

Which discretion doubtless explains why the inner circle at our club take him into their confidence in the first place.

So that when he said early on that Sheff U still hadn't made any bid for Maupay, it will have been the case.

And still is, by the looks of things...

I'd say the main difference between your bloke and our Richard Cadette, is that RC only posts when he has something to say, and when he says something it happens. I don't know who he is but I can guarantee he doesn't go onto other teams forums spouting off!

RC posts are to the point and almost always correct, he comes across as if he knows exactly what he is talking about. Your banana bloke comes across as a 15 year old kid who is pretending to have friends in high places.

Good post that....many ITK just post to try to impress, gain popularity and look big.
RC’s post are brief and seem to be very matter of fact, just passing on the latest info from the inside.

Anyway both clubs will try to save face. The fee will probably be non disclosed but the rumours will be
At our end we paid 14 million plus add ons, it will look like we’ve got a good deal.
Brentford will report it as “around 20 million” making it look like you stood your ground. Everyone’s happy and neither club have lied.

Thought he was gonna put a gypsy curse on us for a moment

If this is correct Richard Cadette will be on the bench from now on.

I've seen a few posters now expressing a desire for a big centre forward. I don't think it's necessary in today's game personally. The way we play football under CW is intricate and technical. Sharp scored a hat full of headers last season, not because he's 6'5" but because he was in the right place at the right time. Look at the signings we've made (making) in Freeman, Robinson and Morrison, all ballers! All technically gifted! ... I appreciate that a plan B is needed. I just don't think hoofing it up to a big man will be ours.

Nah would still prefer RC, he’s the Chris Basham of the ITK world.
No thrills but rock solid, trustworthy and 100% reliable.

Where as blade789 is more of an unknown quality, if he’s right then he’s had a man of the match performance here.
He could be the Mark Duffy of the ITK posters.

Will he get subbed at half time though?
