Don't worry - problem solved. According to the official site fixture list, we're not playing in the Cup this season.

Undecided, definitely was not going at full time today not quite so sure now.

of course im going, im a reight big blade me!

* i dont blame anybody for not going - im just daft and have fookall else to do on a cold and dreary Sunday afternoon ;) *

Think the attendance will be a good measure of how the fans are really feeling!

I'm expecting a 0-1 defeat, a totally dreary shite of a game watched by just over 9,000 die-hards!

I'll be going. Any result other than a draw is fine, I'd rather lose to be honest. We could do without the games and I'd like to cancel the work holidays I booked in in anticipation of the draw.

I'm having a tenner on the draw too, to pay for the replay if it comes about :D

Does anyone know which sections of the ground are open?

You can't sit on the kop dude :D

Cheers, I thought that would be a case, but can anyone tell me why our amazing official site doesn't say so? Or why generally it's a bit of a faff trying to find out simple information on it!

Cant go ,got a big game at Handsworth on Sunday and junior footy will always take precedence on Sundays. Why is it always us who give way to the grunters anyway ?

There's really no excuse for a crap game in the FA Cup 3rd round. Put on a show, release the shackles - why the hell not?

the kop is open for the cup game.......

im a season ticket holder on the kop
i went down this morning for a ticket and asked for my own seat and got it...!!!:thumbup:

Who's going tomorrow?

Went down to BDTBL this morning. £10 for me and £1 for the lad. Nice to pay a fair price for something in modern day GB. If only watching football was always like that. Players in our tier earning £2k per week and fans paying £10-£15 to get in.

Hard to predict the gate. I'll go for 11,214.

Yup, will be there as ever :)

No idea on the gate, hoping its above your prediction, but fear it'll be a low one.

Can you buy your ticket on the day? I haven't got mine yet but might go. I wasn't too bothered but for a tenner then I might aswell.

I reckon the attendance will be 12,385, and thats being optimistic.

Someone mentioned somewhere (descriptive no?) that QPR had sold quite a lot of their tickets.

I'll be there... paid my tenner.

Makes you think that there ought to be a set price across the board for third round matches onwards... of a tenner and a fiver. Fans just don't see any magic in the cup any more but perhaps by filling the grounds a bit more, some of the fun of the cup could be brought back again? Let's face it, only the big clubs go forward into the last rounds, and they don't need the money!

I would go for an adaptation of Beighton Blade's idea to create more interest in the cup - winners go into the Champions League and the last team in the competition from each division get in the play offs (and if more than one team from the division goes out at the same stage, the highest placed team gets the play off place).

In fact lets not have winners or losers as it could give some players an inferiority complex.

And if the exams are too hard lets make them easier ..... :D

Poor old Wendy just got a mention on SSN (alongside Wigan) for having a rubbish attendance today.

As for us I'll go for 11,215.

:)
