I assume you're joking any way but doubt that highly. That would be risky and after tracking Freeman for so long, doesn't sound like a decision CW would make that quickly.

This has to be up there with the most painful transfer sagas in the club’s history. This couldn’t go any slower. Even I’m getting impatient now.

The thing I find strange is that Wilder has said in the past that he won’t talk about signings until they are agreed/ signed.
He normally plays the transfer interest game like a game of poker, straight faced giving nothing away.

So it was weird to see him smiling on Sky TV talking about the Freeman signing likes it’s already been agreed and finalised.
It was as though he’s already our player. Suspected that the only delay was the medical and drawing up the contracts.

Makes you wonder if QPR have backtracked on the gentleman’s agreement and pushed the price up a bit more than what was agreed.
Bet there’s all kinds of last minute shinanighans go off regards some deals.
