It seems quite clear that everyone likes Walker and thinks he has great potential.
Walkers 1st job is to defend and he is making alot of defensive errors.
The questions I'd like the answers to are: Does this defender add enough in other areas to make up for the expensive mistakes he is making?
If not then how long do we give him before he needs to be rested?

I really think you are being unkind to your lover. If you really loved him like we all do then you would offer the kindness of constructive critisism, ie show him the mistakes and work on them to get them out of his game. Give positive support in all aspects of doing this and we all benefit from seeing the player we know he can be.

Coloccini would be one and Chris Gunter would be another on current form, but he is a Welsh regular and therefore crap according to your earlier post. That's two off the top of my head.

Anyway Len when are you going to answer any of the questions you are ducking.

No one ever said he wasn't talented just that he needs to learn and stop making the same mistakes of losing the ball in his own third.

Actually forget it there is no point, you never answer any of the points raised and just wriggle and attempt to move the goalposts. There are better fullbacks in our League which will be proven by Walker not being in the PFA team of the year at the end of the season. Is he talented, certainly is he playing well certainly not.

I'll leave you to witter on and fails to answer any of the points raised.

It may have got lost along the way (which is par for the course with Len) but didn't this start out about Walker making a few mistakes that have cost us?

It's a point of fact that he has, and a point of fact that Len will be regularly wrong but never concede so. Don't waste umpteen pages on a futile effort.

Len has to concede nothing, he already has the evidence all on his side.
We've all agreed Walker is either the best or one of the best right backs in the Championship.
