It’s better than any other football song because it was written by a current player about the way he sees the side. Egan has created something which just works, I love the way it builds through the verses

Listening to this belting out of the ground yesterday as we walked down was just unreal!

Then Half time on the concourse, in spoons on eccy road and then later in the Scholar, my voice is gone.

Big question though: does everyone else try to sing it with an Irish accent?
