All season I have been willing United to gain promotion (my fav Sheffield club) so that my team Brighton and yourselves meet in the Premier League. However, we appear to be committing suicide having lost the last seven games including against our relegation rivals, Saints, Bmuff and Cardiff. Now precariously one place above relegation just as you sit one place below automatics.
So, it could end we are both in the PL next season, both in the Championship or we change directions, you up, us down, just like ships passing!!!

Must admit I'm cheering on Cardiff to stay up though some on here would like to see Warnock blow it again.

Brighton are still big favourites but Cardiff have the easier run in on paper.

Well, if a miracle occurs and we do get promoted, Brighton had better stop where they are as the AMEX is one of the few grounds I still need to see The Blades play on. Likewise, and please don’t take this personally, if we stay put, I wouldn’t be too upset if you were to come down instead of Cardiff for the same reason.
Let’s just hope we’re meeting in the top flight next season.

I don’t like Warnock (for all his antics since managing us) and I don’t like Cardiff ....so I hope Brighton stay up.

I think Cardiff will stay up now though. Brighton only needed a draw against them to be firm favourites to stay up but in Blades-like fashion they managed to xxxx it up.

yeah after the final international break last season. we took the lead in every game & only won 2, 1 of them was final game v Bristol city which was a dead rubber

IIRC it was also the Millwall game (the same weekend as this season) that finally killed us off.
