What happened at the player's presentation on Saturday?

I was there Saturday and saw nothing of this. The players were all sat together and fans were having shirts signed and photos taken. They happy to do this and chat with the fans. They were not happy about the result and genuinely gutted. Billy said his leg did not feel good so not expecting him back soon. CW was there but kept in a corner as obviously not happy.

I was there too . No bother at all. Really good night attended by all the players and management plus a rousing speech by Kevin McCabe .

There was a guy outside as the players were going to their cars having a pop at Billy and Hendo
So various people had a go at him including my daughter he came back with 'Youre a woman what do you know about football' and then for some reason asked her how many loyalty points she had when she told him 52000 he was somewhat embarassed

Never able to put a full shift in. Long gone when the other lads called it a day at ten past two.

I did scaffolding for a while many years ago. Full English at Parkway cafe paid for. Couple of hours graft and a sandwich paid for. Another couple of hours and home early because it looked like rain. Cash in hand.

Happy days :)

....and I always thought Alan Knill was such a quiet kind of a bloke! Must have had a few too many.

Hats off to your daughter. I hope she viewed the twat with the contempt he deserves.

Out of interest, what does she make of the cocks who frequent this forum who regularly tell us that anyone without, err, a cock, is inherently unable to comment on football? (Admittedly, some of these cocks are Massive Blades who are quite entitled to instruct us as to how we should and shouldn’t support our club, whatever our genitalia).

What did he say?

Pretty funny routine actually. Started off with ‘a funny thing happened to me on the way here tonight.....’, then a couple of knob jokes, then pulled his trouser pockets out & did an impression of an elephant, a couple of card tricks that I don’t think really worked, quickly followed by pretending he was in an invisible box and then for a set closer he laid on his back, with his legs behind his ears, Steve bettis sprinkled talc on him and he farted out the greasy chip butty like Le Pétomane with clouds of dust, whilst Steve accompanied him on the off beats on a pair of bongo’s. At the end he got to his feet and exclaimed ‘there’s no bigger blade than me!’.

My daughter is quite capable of dealing with stuff like that, I was inside and didnt know what had happened until she came in after having a cig. She doesnt frequent this forum so is unaware of some of the cocks on this forum

I don't believe this actually happened, there's no way he didn't start that last sentence with the word "Hey"

Is that still his act? At least he's dropped the Al Jolson impersonation with the black tights and white rubber ring.

Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere but according to a few on twatter there were a few words between players and some supporters?

Duffy posted something on Instagram, about supporting the team at all times, which seems to have split opinion.

Was anyone there / see owt?

Sorry, it's a slow morning and I fancy some gossip.
Honestly, people posting crap on twitter etc. need get a reality check. these players have been absolutely fantastic all season. I had to dash on Satdi, so didn't stay to clap them off for the first time this season.

They looked like a team that had run it's race at the weekend, but I hope they can go again. They could do with a Leeds slip to give them a boost as well.

Fans giving them shit and calling them bottlers are wankers in my view, or ignorant of how football works.
