Does anyone recall a match at bdtbl vs Coventry that we were winning 3-0 and it was abandoned in second half because of heavy snow. We lost the replay 0-2 I think.

Agree. They do that in other countries.

When Luton played Man City in the 1961 FA Cup, Man City were winning 6-2 with Denis Law having scored 6 but the game got abandoned after 69 minutes. Luton won the re-arranged game by 3-1 and Law's 6 goals were expunged from the records!
