Just enjoyed watching pigs fan David Garrido and ex-Leeds player Danny Mills on SSN talking about how we are “overachieving” in the build up to saturdays game. Getting excited about Leeds’ Kalvin Philips and talking about Oliver “not a household name” Norwood. That’s Oliver Norwood previously promoted to the PL with Brighton, Huddersfield and Fulham.

Compared us being 3rd in the championship with Leicester winning the Premier League. I suppose should the 500/1 bet come in and we gain promtion, we should get used to more f this analysis from the “experts” next season

I'll always remember watching Mills on TV looking dejected after we beat them in the cup and some (looked like) 10 year old United fan run up in front of him dancing till the anger spark appeared in Mills' eyes and then run off! I wonder if that young lad now posts on here?

And the best way to achieve this is for the fans to get right behind us form the off. A couple of years back somebody posted a rendition of the GCB recorded at the home end at Elland Road, it was so loud there was fear in some of the younger Leeds fans faces, unsurprisingly it was taken down.

I would suggest a sand wedge. Rounded top to make an incisive impact and a hefty sole to deliver a blunt follow up. Also the shortest club if you need to hit the shot again, don't want to have to walk too far to get the job done.

As an aside, another tip when throwing clubs in anger. Always throw with the shaft parallel to the ground and in the direction you wish to go. This protects against circumstances such as trying to rescue clubs stuck up trees or having to let the following group through because you're looking for your putter in heavy bracken.....

It turned out that the particular theme was whether Bielsa's Leeds are the best football team that the Championship has ever seen. Quite extraordinary.

That dumpling Adrian Durham then proceeded to showcase his almost complete absence of knowledge about the Championship. He has plainly never seen Leeds play either, given that his premise was that Leeds are dazzling the Championship with scintillating football akin to Man City or Barcelona.

Even Leeds fans wouldn't claim that they are a fantastic footballing team. They're alright but nothing particularly special. When you think of Leeds, you don't think of silky skills, flowing football or spectacular goals. What they are, however, is fantastically fit, disciplined, and relentless. It's fair to say that they out-work the majority of opponents.

Anyway, a Blade phoned up, asked them what they'd been drinking and, correctly, pointed out that this Leeds team isn't even the best footballing side in this season's Championship never mind, ever. When he mentioned United, however, the plank Durham enlightened us that, 'Sheffield United have done well but their football comes from a couple of players where as in the Leeds team, they can all play football from 1 to 11'.

The ignorance is frightening when you consider that stupid/impressionable people form their opinions on what clowns like this say.

Robbie Savage (I know he divides opinion) said on his Podcast with the Ping Pong Guy and Freddie Flintoff he researches teams and divisions he's going to be covering, otherwise you get caught out and you can offend fans/teams and look stupid as a result. Now by his own admission, he isn't the brightest but he always seems to manage to speak correctly about teams, seems the pundit world is getting overloaded with people having opinions based on very little knowledge

Surely what you've just said there is exactly what winds people up when they comment on us. Leeds are a really good footballing side. Maybe not quite Wolves from last year or Newcastle from a few seasons a go but they do a lot more than "outwork" the opposition. I've seen a fair bit of them this season and they have some great players Hernandez in particular. It's clear us Norwich and Leeds are in a league of our own but I wouldn't say any of us are bad footballing sides at all far from Cardiff last season. It's anyones to win on Saturday but lets not pretend they aren't a good side when they are on song.

But are we going to play it from the fairway or a bunker? If the latter is it greenside or fairway? If it’s greenside, I suggest you aim an inch or two short of his head, depending on distance to the hole, for best contact. Open the blade when you take your grip, not after, and swing through to a full finish. Try to imagine you’re splashing sand all the way to the flag and his head should come off nice and softly and check snugly close to the hole.

I heard Dean Saunders today saying how hard Savage works at being a pundit. I do get the impression that some of them don’t take it particularly seriously and think they can blag it. I’m maybe a bit old fashioned but I’ve always thought that if you’re being well paid for something, give it your best go.
