Half time "entertainment".

One thing I would say, and this isn't a slight on either side of the opinion fence nor probably carries much reasoning to this debate....

But from previous experience (not dancing!) the sound really does appear different/mismatched from pitch level to the back of the stands. I think that's one of the reasons live singers in football grounds more often than not sound pants (there are normally other, very valid reasons too :D)... because what they hear in their earpiece is out of line with what the stands hear through the speakers....

or something.

The above comment is correct... The sound isn't in sync from the stands... The only reason I didn't say that is so you wouldn't say I was just making excuses for them...

On the pitch it sounds different to those in the stands...

Not an excuse tho, Still cool if you don't like it...

you obviously cant remember derek dooleys perfect rendition of frank sinatras my way

It always baffles me before the KO when the smallest kids get the big biggest flags to wave around... what’s that all about ?!

And also actually what happened to fan cam ? That was the best, I got upstaged once by a someone doing gangam style dance after I waved and bopped my head abit

Very disappointing. I thought this thread had been bumped because one of the kidz-with-a-zed had returned six-years down the line, having grown up to be a right bruiser, to kick Swiss's arse.

Am I the only one who doesn't really see the point of the half time "entertainment", namely the dancing children?

I am aware that they are just kids doing their best, and that their leader had dedicated their dance on Saturday to his recently deceased father, but do we really need this? It's not as if they are in time with the music, or even particularly good. Perhaps the club could change the entertainment to something that's not, well, crap. It seems that any child with basic movement skills has been inspired by the shitfest that is "Britain's Got Talent" and wants to dance. Badly. Breakdancing doesn't involve lying down on a football pitch as far as I can remember.

This may seem a trivial subject, but we are playing pretty well at the moment and so need a new focus for our moaning, and these dancers get right on my wick.

We could do with a modern day equivalent of Pan’s People, Hill’s Angels or Hot Gosssip. That’d ruin the pie and Bovril sales though!

Bloody hell! Talk about grave digging! Are some people scared to start a new thread or something?

Why not show action replays on the big screen from SUFC recent women’s matches? It might encourage more people to go

and get a pie and a Bovril.

Chevrolet Matiz - what a car.

Having once driven one, it is comfortably the most hateful car I've ever experienced. It is driving for people who feel they must self flaggelate. A car that makes the Austin Allegro look like a triumph of style and innovation. There is a special place in Hell waiting for the Twat who decided to put the great name of Cheverolet to this horrible little car.
