McGoldrick...

Madine needs to start over him I think. His decision making is so poor which is a shame because he’s such a talented player.

Do we have the fastest turnover of players in the championship? I'd be interested to know.
Wilder is brutal. :D

If you’re actually a Wednesdayite on here just trying to stir up trouble, you should re-evaluate your life. A really sad thing to do.

Thanks for the advice mate. I’m a Sheff Utd fan and people who question that need to re-evaluate their life.

All the ability in the world, but like Preston has just said his decision making isn't always the best, and when we are relying on counter attacks for the first goal that has to improve if he's going to keep Madine out of the starting lineup.

Hows about you fuck off pig?

I really don’t think he’s a pig. I also had hoped Madine would start, but when he did come on, I thought he looked a lot more casual than when he’s been involved the last three games or so.

McG obviously made one bad choice, but it was entirely his own intelligence and skills that got him to that position. Aside from that, he had a decent game.

McGoldrick needs to learn when to square it instead of going for individual goal glory . He costs us a goal against Villa and another one today.
IMO his bad decision against Villa started a cascade of errors which led to their 3 goals. If he’d squared it, we were out of sight

He made the wrong choice twice in the first half, could have played Billy in and then Johnson shortly after.

I wouldn’t mind so much, if he actually had a decent shot. But on both occasions he flicked at the ball with the outside of his foot? Both produced a slightly spinning back pass to their keeper.

He’s been a great signing and he’s a talented player, but he really needs to reassess his decision making and awareness of teammates, in these potential match winning situations.

Have to disagree.
Yes they were chances, but Billy applauded him and me too, for the one where he (in my opinion) tried to trick the keeper by 'flicking' it rather than squaring it to Billy!
OK it didn't come off, but.....
Strikers need to be selfish sometimes!
