They could do a lot worse than get that Youtuber Benjamin Bloom on tv.
His knowledge of the Championship is really impressive.
Never ceases to amaze me how this Ipswich fan BB knows more about our players and tactics than the average United fan.

Not scared to admit it but I have a sporting man crush on Murray.

Every show he does, whatever the sport, he has done his research - and it doesn't come across like its an effort - he's a genuine sports fan and loves it.

As part of his routine before the EFL show he does, he's often admitted he goes on fans forums to gauge opinion - so if you're reading Colin, I love you.

This is why I don't take much notice of the shite we get served up on BBC, ITV, Sky Sports & BT Sport. The only "pundit" I actually like is Roy Keane because he actually tell it how it is and doesn't beat around the fucking bush. There's way too many "pundits" who are happy to spout any old shite on the basis it fit's their agenda, those who can't see past the PL and those who do zero research into what they're talking shit about.

I watch Soccer Saturday to see the scores come in, do I care what a drunk (Merson), old big nose (Thompson) or the clowns when we cut away to the grounds in Sloth (Dowie) and the parody of himself that is (is he still on it or is he just on Goals on Sunday now?) Kamara, I couldn't give a shit what they say, I've no interest.

That's one of the reasons I'll try to put on a game just as it's about to kick off and turn it off at full time, I don't need them to tell me about a game I've just watched, I've made my own opinion on it, I don't need someone else to do it for me.

I think you have massively misinterpreted my post there.

The two imaginary conversations are examples of what I believe happens when football fans criticise certain pundits. Which is not right at all.

Sue Smith is a rubbish pundit, there are many rubbish pundiots, male and female. I agree with you 100%. Think you have misunderstood the point I was making.

I hate boring pundits like Dean Ashton on Quest, Adam Virgo who used to be on Five, Jenas.

The only regular presenters and pundits I can listen to and enjoy are:
Colin Murray, Gary Lineker, Stelling, Alan Shearer, Alex Scott, Gary Neville, Jamie Redknapp (when he's with Neville), Ian Wright and Le Tissier.

All the others are shit.

It’s too easy to be a pundit, all you need to to is spout the same shite over and over. I like Keane and Scholes because they say it as it is usually, and Neville most of the time looks for something more insightful to say, everyone else is interchangeable with each other, no personality or actual interesting insight. All about taste though. More than anything i just wish there was less chatting and more football on show.
