Middlesbrough just gone ahead against Leeds. Hopefully they will hold on in a tiring second half that leaves them exhausted for Wednesday.

Leeds equalised in 99th minute damn!!

101st minute equaliser for Leeds.

It may not be too bad if it is a draw. Middlesbrough can't go above us whatever the score and will be demoralised after letting in late goal (like us!)

Couldn’t care less about Boro, not bothered about play-offs.
We need to be targeting and chasing down the top 2.
Also regards Boro being demoralised don’t agree, it’s a test of character, could effect them negatively or positively.
They might actually be more determined and focussed then normal on Wednesday.

Credit Leeds, that is how you put pressure on opponents when they are defending a lead in the final minutes. Compared with our poor finale against Swansea etc.

Not a bad result all things being equal.

Boro are still contending for automatic promotion, they are a game in hand of us.

But if we beat Boro on Wednesday then they can’t over take us even if they won all their games in hand.
Would rather it be in our hands, now we are relying on Leeds to keep dropping points.

Don’t see Boro as a threat for top 2, their fans don’t think they stand a chance because they consistently create very few chances.
Their strength is they know how to park the bus and are tough to break down, then they rely on their top class individuals to score a goal from nothing, the Boro fans think it’s such a negative tactic and they want Pullis out of their club.
Their gates are down this season because there’s little entertainment being provided.

Birmingham looking a good bet for the play offs, Che Adams with a first half hattrick. He is going to challenge Billy for leading scorer.

There's a possible points deduction hanging over Birmingham.

Craig Alcock has been sent off for Yeovil. I had forgotten all about him!

Could Birmingham outdo us? 4-0 up at QPR, it is now 4-3.

Biggest thing to take away from today...

Boro are better away than at home so will be tough on Wednesday night

Nathan Jones is going to do a Heckingbottom I think. Leaves a club where he's loved to go to a big team and then leaves to zero fanfare at the end of the season after a mediocre finish.

Could do with that being wrong though and Stoke winning.

Agree, seems like too big a step up, plus Stoke supporters have developed a profound sense of entitlement in recent years, coupled with the fact that an above average percentage of them are utter pondlife from my experience.

They simply won't give him time.

Hopefully he will stay to the end of the season when we play them!
