Wilder addressed this in today’s interview. The gist as follows...

There was interest from Sunderland straight away. Ched spoke to them. They then said they wouldn’t be pursuing it.

Bolton came in. Ched spoke to them. We had an agreement with Fleetwood on being able to recall him that expired on Wednesday, and for a combination of reasons we couldn’t come to an agreement with Fleetwood to recall him.
